Gas burner:

1. Single-section operation (on/ off);

2. Can adapt to any type of burning rooms;

3. Air and burning air are mixed in combustion head;

4. Through adjusting burning air and combustion head to receive best burning

parameter;

5. Can directly take off mixing unit without disassembling burner from boiler, convenient to maintain;

6. Manually regulate air flux;

7. Can select fuel valve group with leakage-inspection device;

8. Adopt a flange and an insulation sealing washer to connect to the boiler and fasten;

9. According to special requirements, we can offer longer combustion head than standard one. and automatic shutdown device for vent as well to avoid heat loss when stopping.

Structure features:

Burner includes:

1. Light aluminum alloy fan parts;

2. High-performance centrifugal fan;

3. Burning air inlet with flux regulating device, manual shutdown vent;

4. Slip-on flange matched with various boiler flanges, can adjust the position that burner extends to heating furnace;

5. Single-phase motor drives fan and oil pump；

6. Devices made by absorbing material to reduce noises of fan;

7. Air pressure switch to ensure there is burning air in it;

8. Fuel valve group is made up of operation valve, safety valve, minimum pressure switch,booster as well as fuel filter;

9. Servomechanism and instruction equipment of burner that accord with European EN298 standard;

10. Ionization electrode inspects flame;

11. Provide seven-hole connecting outlet for burner and temperature controller;

12. Electric protection grade of standard collocation is IP40,and the grade can be enhanced if necessary.
